Mivad Privacy Policy

Mivad App respects and protects the personal privacy of all service users. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and protect your privacy when you use the software and services, as well as the rights and options you can obtain regarding your information. This policy only applies to user information and data collected and stored by this app. Please read and agree to the Mivad Privacy Agreement before using this app. This app will update this privacy policy from time to time. When you agree to this app service use agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to the entire content of this privacy policy. This privacy policy is an integral part of this app service use agreement.

1. Scope of application

(1) When you use this application network service or visit this application, this application automatically receives and records all your information, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software and hardware function information, and web page records you require;

(2) This application obtains user personal data from business partners through legal means. You understand and agree that the following information is not subject to this privacy policy:

①Keyword information you enter when using the search service provided by this application platform;

②The information data collected by this application that you publish on this application, including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information and evaluation details;

③Behaviors that violate legal provisions or the rules of this application and the measures that this application has taken against you.

2. How we collect and use your personal information

In order to achieve the core functions of our products and services, we may collect, store and use the following information related to you. If you do not provide relevant information, we will not be able to provide you with the corresponding application or service. These functions and information are as follows:

(1) Login to platform account

Including obtaining your device information (including device model, operating system, unique device identifier IMEI, software installation list, network status, device model and status, network environment, operating system type and software version, etc.), historical Internet records, log information, etc., IMSI, Apple ID permissions, used to distinguish user identities; protect user account security.

(2) Modify personal information

We will need to obtain user camera and album permissions to take pictures or upload pictures as platform account avatars. When requesting your album permissions. If you refuse to provide, it will only prevent you from using this function, but will not affect your normal use of other functions of the product and/or service. At the same time, you can also turn off the album permissions in the phone settings at any time.

(3) Human-computer interaction dialogue

After you successfully connect to our service, you can interact with our application through the dialog box. We will automatically receive and record the text conversation information you enter during the interaction with the application, and use this information to output content to you in order to provide human-computer interaction services. If you refuse us to collect and process the above personal information, please enter the above information carefully, but this may affect your normal use of some or all of the functions provided by the application. We understand that the text conversation information you enter and the information feedback you submit may contain other people's personal information. If so, please be sure to obtain the legal authorization of others to avoid improper disclosure of other people's personal information.

(4) Customization of virtual images and setting of virtual characters

We will collect and analyze your various settings for virtual humans regarding personality, hobbies, etc. If you refuse to provide them, you will not be able to use this function. When setting up virtual humans, this function does not require you to provide your personal information, and we strongly recommend that you do not enter your personal information. If you mistakenly provide personal information, you agree that we can collect and use such personal information.

(5) Question and answer history

In order to provide you with a continuous and consistent user experience and ensure service quality, we will record your personal conversation records, including the text conversation information you enter and the conversation topics formed based on the above information. Please be aware that in order to comply with relevant laws and regulations and fulfill network information security obligations, we will retain your question and answer history and conversation topics within the time specified by the law.

(6) Reminder notification function

In order to facilitate you to receive message reminder notifications, we will obtain your notification permission. If you refuse, you will not be able to use the notification function, but it will not affect the use of our other services.

(7) Other uses

5. How you manage your personal information

We attach great importance to your concern about personal information and do our best to protect your rights to access, correct, delete and withdraw consent to your personal information so that you have sufficient ability to protect your privacy and security. You can manage your personal information in the following ways:

(1) Access and correct your personal information

You can modify your nickname, birthday and user profile at any time, and you can modify it yourself through the "My" tab page. However, you know and agree that we are unable to provide you with access or correction services for some of your personal information. This information is your device information collected to ensure that the service security meets the requirements of relevant mandatory laws and regulations, and the personal information generated when you use our software. We will use the above information within the scope of your authorization and in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, and you cannot change or delete it on your own.

(2) Deleting your personal information

You can request us to delete your personal information in the following circumstances:

① If our handling of personal information violates laws and regulations;

After verifying your cancellation information, the performance of the software you use and other specific details, we will process your account cancellation application.

(5) Respond to your request

We will respond to your request within fifteen working days after receiving your feedback and verifying your identity. However, you acknowledge and agree that we will not be able to respond to your request in accordance with laws and regulations in the following circumstances:

① related to national security and national defense security;

② related to public security, public health, and major public interests;

③ related to criminal investigation, prosecution, and trial;

④ there is sufficient evidence that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;

⑤ responding to your request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations.

6. Protection of Minors' Information

We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. This application is mainly for adults.

(1) If you are a minor, you should obtain the consent of your legal guardian before using this application. We will protect minors' personal information in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the country.

(2) In the case of collecting minors' personal information with the consent of their legal guardians, we will only use or disclose this information when permitted by law, with the explicit consent of the guardian or when it is necessary to protect minors.

If uncontrollable events such as technical failures affect the normal operation of the service, we and our partners promise to cooperate with relevant units in a timely manner to handle and repair it. However, we and our partners are not responsible for any losses suffered by users as a result. Any psychological, physiological and economic losses caused or may be caused by misleading or deceiving users to contact other users through this software shall be borne by the party at fault in accordance with the law and have nothing to do with us or our partners.
